Executive Chef Christopher Ludwick began his love for food 17 years ago. Originally from North Caroline, Chris dreamed of moving to California to cook great food using the best local resources. While living in San Francisco and Wine Country, Chris honed an appreciation for garden fresh vegetables and fruits. He graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and has worked in destination restaurants including Girl and the Fig and with renowned chefs such as Jan Birnbaum of Catahoula, Bradley Ogden of Lark Creek and Mark Franz of Farallon.
Along with cooking in great restaurants, Chris has extensive catering and special event experience. Chris’ passion and his culinary education combine to produce an event experience as unique as the food is superb. Tapping into the best local resources to create his cuisine, Chris supports community businesses and producers – assuring that only the freshest food will be brought to your table.
