Grapevine Catering is an all-occasion catering service-from intimate dinner parties at home to weddings, special events, luncheons, and corporate functions. We specialize in gourmet foods, casual elegance, customized menu plans, and desserts. We are also a full-service catering business prepared to orchestrate your event from start to finish including equipment rentals, personalized floras, décor, and more.

Grapevine Catering is proud to present Chef Mark S. Van Hise. Chef Mark is a medallist in world class competitions. He's been in the kitchen since he was knee-high to his mom. He began his professional career at Quesnel's Restaurant in West Seattle in 1975. He then moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he served the American Culinary Federation's apprenticeship program at Skyline Country Club. His patisserie apprenticeship was done at Westward Look Resort, also in Tucson.

He capped his formal training at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, France, and has since worked in Phoenix, and some of the top restaurants in Sedona, and Jerome, Arizona.

Chef Mark has now returned to his hometown to share his gifts with family, friends, and neighbors. It is his goal that each dining experience will be the best you have ever had!

Grapevine Catering has recently opened a deli inside the Kent Public Market at 206 Railroad Ave. N. The deli features sandwiches, salads, soups, hot dogs, espresso, and desserts.  Don't forget to try our gift baskets and specialty food products such as chocolate truffles, rainbow cookies, walnut-parmesan cookies, SesaBee salad dressing, and barbecue sauce! The deli is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
