Catering Services To place an order call: Following is a lists of our policies and procedures. We provide each client with a written agreement that clearly states the services offered, menu agreed upon, and total cost of the event. It is very important to us that you feel comfortable and at ease so you feel like a guest at your own function! We look forward to the opportunity of serving you! MORE ABOUT US! Food items listed on the menu pages are only suggestions. Menu selections are endless. To receive our list of options please call. As a full-service catering business we are able to arrange all the extras including floral arrangements, wedding cakes, linens, china, tenting, seating, tables, professional service staff, and whatever else you may need. Food displays are creative, beautiful, and appetizing. We prefer not to publish prices because they vary according to the size of the event, menu selection, and whether you prefer buffet style or a sit-down meal. Set-up, service, and clean-up is included; however, extra service staff, flora, décor, and rentals are extra. There are no hidden costs--we do not charge a service or delivery fee within the greater Seattle area. Due to market conditions and seasonal availability of menu ingredients, substitutions may be required. Guests are graciously and professionally served. Our staff is covered by workman's compensation and hold current Dept. of Public Health Food Handler's Permits. Grapevine Catering is fully licensed and carries product liability insurance. If time permits, we prepare an event quote for you to approve, then a contract which clearly states the services to be provided, menu, time, and location, as well as, the total cost of the event. Our goal is to prevent surprises for either party to ensure a stress-free event. We require a 50% deposit upon receipt of the signed contract with the balance being due no later than the day of the event (unless prior arrangements were made). We also require the final guest count no later than three days prior to the event. This will ensure that adequate food supplies are ordered and prepared. To place an order call:
